The AI Guide page is a four-state paper prototype. It does not chat, record, or enroll anyone.

Not software Consent toggles flip in the browser and reset to NO. They are not saved. They are not sent. Default remains no training.

What the four states are

Principles — capability chips with a may and a must-not.
Scenario — a design-fiction salon. The host is human. The guide stays off unless a future, separate decision says otherwise.
Is / is not — paper boundaries, including a deploy hold.
Consent posture — layers default to NO. Reset returns them there.

Still deferred

No live guide, no chat backend, no Zoom integration.
No consent PDF and no form that leaves the device.
